This is the gateway recipe — five minutes, no cooking skills required, and it
lets the butter’s lavender-raspberry notes sing.

What You Need

  • 2 thick slices quality sourdough, toasted
  • ¼ tsp Pink Jesus Cannabutter (10mg THC)
  • ¼ tsp regular unsalted butter

How To

  1. Toast your sourdough until golden and crisp on the edges.

What You Need

  • 1 lb tonnarelli or spaghetti
  • 1 tsp Pink Jesus Cannabutter (40mg THC total / ~10mg per serving)
  • 3 tbsp regular unsalted butter
  • 2 cups finely grated Pecorino Romano
  • 2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper (coarsely ground)
  • Reserved pasta water

How To

  1. Cook pasta in well-salted water until 1 minute shy of al dente. Reserve 2 cups pasta water.
  2. In a cold bowl, combine grated Pecorino with ½ cup pasta water, whisking into a paste.
  3. Toast pepper in a large pan over medium heat for 1 minute. Add regular butter and 1 cup pasta water. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Add drained pasta to the pan. Toss vigorously for 2 minutes, adding pasta water as needed.
  5. Remove from heat. Stir in the Pink Jesus cannabutter until melted and evenly distributed.
  6. Add the Pecorino paste in stages, tossing constantly until creamy. Serve immediately.
Dose note: Adding the cannabutter off heat preserves the terpenes and avoids degrading the THC. Each serving is approximately 10mg — perfect for a social evening.

What You Need

  • 1 tbsp Pink Jesus Cannabutter (120mg THC / ~10mg per cookie)
  • 13 tbsp regular unsalted butter
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Flaky sea salt for finishing

How To

  1. Brown 13 tbsp regular butter in a saucepan over medium heat until nutty and golden. Transfer to a bowl, add the Pink Jesus cannabutter, and stir until melted. Chill until solid but pliable (~30 min).
  2. Beat the butter mixture with powdered sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla.
  3. Fold in flour until just combined. Don’t overmix.
  4. Roll dough into a log (~2″ diameter), wrap in parchment, and chill for 30 minutes.
  5. Slice into ½” rounds. Place on a lined sheet. Press flaky salt into tops.
  6. Bake at 325°F for 14–16 minutes. They should be pale with barely golden edges.
  7. Cool completely before serving. These get better after a day.

  • 1 bunch fresh breakfast radishes, halved
  • ½ tsp Pink Jesus Cannabutter (20mg THC / ~5mg per serving)
  • 3 tbsp softened regular unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
  • Zest of ½ lemon
  • Flaky sea salt

How To

  1. Let the Pink Jesus cannabutter and regular butter come to room temperature.
  2. Combine both butters with chives, dill, and lemon zest. Mix well.
  3. Transfer to a small ramekin or shape into a log with parchment.

What You Need

  • 6 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 1 bag (10 oz) marshmallows
  • 1 tbsp Pink Jesus Cannabutter (120mg THC / ~10mg per square)
  • 2 tbsp regular unsalted butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt

How To

  1. Melt regular butter in a large pot over low heat. Add marshmallows, stirring constantly until just melted and smooth.
  2. Remove from heat immediately. Stir in the Pink Jesus cannabutter and vanilla until fully incorporated.
  3. Fold in the rice cereal until evenly coated. Work quickly — the mixture sets fast.
  4. Press into a buttered 9×13″ pan. Sprinkle flaky salt on top. Don’t pack too hard — you want them chewy, not dense.

How To

  1. Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine buttermilk, egg, melted regular butter, melted cannabutter, and vanilla.
  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry. Stir until just combined — lumps are fine and mean fluffy pancakes.
  4. Heat a griddle or non-stick pan over medium-low heat. Lightly butter the surface.
  5. Pour ¼ cup batter per pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and edges look set, about 2–3 minutes. Flip and cook 1–2 minutes more.
  6. Serve warm with maple syrup and fresh berries. Each serving is about 3 pancakes.
Dose note: Each serving (~3 pancakes) is approximately 10mg. Cooking at medium-low keeps the griddle under 340°F, preserving the cannabinoids. These are best shared around the table — not eaten solo in a stack of 12.

Tips for Cooking with Cannabutter

Don’t overheat it

THC degrades above 340°F. For stovetop dishes, add cannabutter at the end, off heat. For baking, stay at or below 325°F for best results.

Mix with regular butter

Blending cannabutter with regular butter ensures even dosing and better flavor balance. Our recipes are designed with this ratio in mind.

Fat is your friend

THC binds to fat, so recipes with cheese, cream, oils, and butter will deliver more consistent effects than lean preparations.

Be patient
