SONOMA HILLS FARM is nestled on 37 acres of naturally farmed land, co-opted by world class chefs and their restaurants. This collaboration between chef and farmer yields high quality plants, proteins and products for our Chefs’ restaurants, and for our community. Our farm is designed – and is being built – to exceed expectations for treatment of the land from farming methods and land preservation, to energy and water conservation.

Once permitted, cannabis will be a distinct business venture that resides on the farm in symbiotic relationship with everything else we grow. We consider this plant part of the farm ethos.
