Sonoma Hills Farm Presents

The Bespoke Blends

Rare Cannabinoids. Whole-Strain Blends. Farm-Grown.

The Bespoke Blends collection by Sonoma Hills Farm

Our Bespoke Blends go a different direction.

We grow these blends specifically for their rare cannabinoid profiles — high CBD, balanced ratios, CBG-forward genetics. These aren’t watered-down versions of regular weed. They’re entirely different plants, bred for cannabinoids that most growers ignore.

CBD, CBG, and other non-intoxicating cannabinoids have real value on their own. When you blend whole strains together — not isolates, not distillate, but actual flower with full terpene and cannabinoid profiles — something happens that no single compound can do alone. The whole becomes greater than the parts.

We breed for this. We grow for this. This is what we’re most excited about.

The Collection

Three blends. Three intentions.

Yes Chef box

10:1 CBD/THC

Yes Chef

High-CBD Blend

17.5% CBD / 1.8% THC

Our highest-CBD blend yet. Yes Chef is nearly all cannabidiol with just enough THC to activate the entourage effect — calm without cloudiness, focus without fog. This is the one for people who want the benefits of cannabis without the high. We bred this blend specifically for that 10:1 ratio.

CCOF / OCAL Certified

Girl Dinner box

1:1 THC/CBD

Girl Dinner

Balanced Blend

12.2% THC / 9.7% CBD

The sweet spot. Girl Dinner delivers equal parts THC and CBD, so you feel something real without going overboard. The CBD rounds the edges of the THC — you get lift and ease at the same time. Social, creative, present. This is a true balanced strain, and there aren’t many like it on the market.

Spicy Arugula box

2:1:1 THC:CBD:CBG

Spicy Arugula

CBG-Forward Blend

12.2% THC / 6.2% CBD / 4.6% CBG

Our collaboration with Top Chef Masters-winning, James Beard-nominated chef Chris Cosentino. Spicy Arugula is a CBG-forward strain — rare genetics with a three-cannabinoid profile. Available as flower and as a culinary gummy made with real solventless rosin, featuring Meyer lemon, wild fennel pollen, lemon verbena, and sea salt.

Why Ratios Matter

The cannabis industry is obsessed with THC percentage. Walk into any dispensary and that’s the number they push. But THC percentage is like judging a wine by alcohol content alone — it tells you almost nothing about the experience.

The ratio between cannabinoids is what shapes how you feel. CBD modulates THC, softening the intensity and extending the duration. CBG adds clarity, focus, and grounded energy. When these compounds work together in intentional proportions, you get experiences that high-THC flower simply cannot deliver.

Spicy Arugula solventless rosin gummies

The Spicy Arugula Gummy

Three Strains. Three Rosins. One Gummy.

Most cannabis gummies use distillate — a stripped-down, flavorless extract where every strain tastes the same. We use solventless rosin. Real, full-spectrum hash pressed from whole flower with nothing but heat and pressure. And we don’t stop at one strain.

White CBG

CBG-dominant genetics for the foundation

Gushmints 1:1

Balanced THC/CBD for depth and body

Grande Guava

Flavor and complexity

Each strain is pressed into rosin on its own, then the three rosins are blended together. That’s how you get a true 2:1:1 THC:CBD:CBG ratio with the full terpene expression of each plant intact. Chef Chris Cosentino then layered on Meyer lemon, wild fennel pollen, lemon verbena, and sea salt — turning a cannabis gummy into something you’d find at a tasting menu.

Grown for Cannabinoids

Sonoma Hills Farm product spread

Most farms optimize for yield and THC. We optimize for cannabinoid profiles. From our sungrown fields in West Sonoma County, we select genetics specifically for their ability to express rare cannabinoids — high CBD, CBG, and balanced ratios that conventional breeding programs overlook.

Growing for specific ratios is harder than growing for THC. CBD and CBG levels shift dramatically based on harvest timing, light cycles, and nutrient management.
